OUR TRAINING

High-intensity basketball training that incorporates biblical principles, the importance of academic excellence, and basketball skill development. These components help players improve their offensive skill level and achieve their maximum scoring potential, as well as instilling sportsmanship and character. Emphasis is put on goal setting, commitment, consistent improvement, and work ethic. 3B's Basketball Training helps a player strengthen his/her weaknesses, improve their strengths, and build confidence and offensive aggressiveness. Players will compete against themselves and others as they improve their skills and strength. The player’s improvement will be based upon his/her performance versus their baseline numbers at entry. For example, if a player wants to improve their shooting, we look at their shooting numbers at entry and compare as we go along. If they’re making 6 out of 20 at entry, that number will consistently improve using our shooting drills and instruction. The players compete against themselves and others in drills that improve skill and basketball I.Q. Improvement is always contingent upon the player’s commitment and work ethic.

OUR METHOD

Training will take place in local high school, middle school, YMCA, and recreation gymnasiums; eventually renovating or building a site of our own. Training will be held all year long; taking place after school during the school year, along with Saturday mornings and afternoons. During the summer we will train weekday mornings, afternoons, early evenings, and Saturday mornings and afternoons. No training will be held on Sundays.
